Tali Leathers Ltd is a business registered in Bulgaria and operates this online store.

Tali Leathers creates and sells leather belts, accessories, bags and other leather goods.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and colours accurately represent the products. However, natural leather may vary in grain, texture, colour and surface from one piece to another. Such variations are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
## 3. Orders
When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Individual or custom orders may require **7–30 business days** for processing, depending on their scope and complexity. The estimated processing time for an individual order will be discussed and agreed with the customer before production begins.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
## 7. Custom and Personalised Orders
Some products may be made according to measurements, specifications, colours, hardware choices or other requirements provided by the customer.
The details, price and estimated processing time of an individual order will be agreed with the customer before production begins.
Where a product is made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect the customer's statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
## 8. Shipping
Shipping arrangements, available destinations, delivery methods and applicable shipping charges are shown during the ordering process.
Estimated delivery times are separate from order processing times.
If an order is delayed or there is a significant change affecting delivery, we will contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any information required for customs clearance.
Import duties, customs charges and other fees imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.
